I never knew my heart could be so sad and so happy at the same time, I never knew how much I cared for others and how much they cared for me, I never knew how much and how little faith I had, I never knew I could care so little for material things, but worry so much about them at the same, I never knew how much understanding could come out of confusion, I never knew how long and short the weeks could be, I never knew how strong and weak I am, I never knew how lonely and how surrounded by love I could be, I never knew how much I knew about God's love, I never knew that patience really is a virtue, I never knew that everyone else has problems, I never knew what was so important and what wasn't, I never knew I could trust and hope so much, I never knew - but now I know!
These past few months have been difficult, but amazing.

Dinosaurs
I recently landed a new account for The Fruit Lady up in Ogden Utah, and since I had to make a delivery up there one day, I decided to make a fun day of it. I told Paul and the kids to get dressed and we made the trip up to Ogden. After delivering fruit we headed over to the Dinosaur Museum at the mouth of Ogden Canyon. It was a nice day - even a bit warm - and it was good to get out of the house for awhile. I packed a picnic lunch and we just enjoyed our afternoon. After the museum we went over and checked out Smith & Edwards - we mostly just browsed, but it was fun also!
Carson had to climb on the rocks, of course!

Rainbows
Jaedyn's big 3rd birthday was on May 6th and she was SO very excited to have a party! I kept asking her what kind of party she wanted and she'd say "May 6th", I'd ask her how old she was going to be and she'd say "May 6th", so pretty much anything that had to do with her birthday - the answer was always "May 6th". Since Jaedyn didn't have a preference on her birthday theme - I decided to do what I wanted - RAINBOWS! It was a lot of fun finding paper goods, decorations, games and party favors that were all rainbow themed. I also was trying to get back to an "old-fashioned" birthday was games and fun! We had BBQ hamburgers, with rainbow condiments, rainbow ice-cream and I found an idea on the internet for *the cutest* rainbow cake! It was alot of fun and I think Jaedyn really enjoyed being the center of attention! Happy Birthday to my little Jadybug!
Thanks Aunt Michelle for cooking up the burgers! They weren't even burnt!
Pop the balloon!
Drop the gumball into the jar game.
Pin the rain cloud on the rainbow.
Princess Jaedyn & her birthday cake!
She's 3 years old!
