Refrigerator Art
Carson drew this picture the other day.....I think it is ADORABLE!! It's so exciting when your kids start actually drawing something, rather than just scribbling.
Enjoy!!

Memorial Day 2010 at the Taco Farm
This past Memorial Day weekend we took a much needed break and went up to the "Taco Farm" for some R&R. It was our first trip up there this year, and amazingly enough - there weren't any problems with our trailer. The weekend was really fun and busy! We invited all of my siblings to come up, and Carson & Jaedyn had a BLAST playing with their cousins. I don't think we saw much of the little kids over the 2 days we were there. Kelsi brought her friend Madison, and Aunt Michelle & Uncle Scott suprised us and came to stay over Sunday night! We had a lot of good food, golf cart rides, dirt, camp-fires and family time! What a great way to start our summer!
Eating Breakfast in the barn at the little kids table. What a great group of kids!
Aunt Ashlie was nice enough to give each of the kids a turn to steer the golf cart.
Daxton on the bike.
My eyes!!!!!!
Sun-bathing.
A little patch of dirt and the kids are happy as pie!
I thought we were supposed to be relaxing and having some time off, but I guess Ashlie didn't get the memo!
Clean, one-owner!
The kids were very helpful when it came time to make a fire.
A sweet, messy face!
Golf cart rides!
Such an angel!
Bestest friends!
Tavin slowing down only long enough for a quick picture!
This is what happens when you give a one-year-old a pink frosted cupcake!
Chillin' on the farm!
This is what happens when you get a little too excited to go to the farm. Carson fell down the stairs at our house and road-rashed his nose all because he was running outside to get the car when it was time to leave!
It was a fabulous time! My car did suffer a minor mishap when Paul tried to load the golf cart on the trailer and it wasn't secured to the hitch, but at least nobody got hurt! I'm grateful that Mary & Fred are so willing to let us come up to the farm - it is such a nice way to camp: water, potties, green grass, lots of room to play and not too far from home. I look forward to our next trip up there!
